Ben Jackson has built a forté in general and specific structural inspections through a significant amount of site experience Ben has gained a breadth of knowledge surrounding surveys of non standard construction properties. He prides himself on being practical and has put this to good use renovating and restoring his own property.
In his spare time he enjoys sailing, surfing and snow sports.

Tom Fewings particularly enjoys working on sustainable and conservation projects. Tom has successfully contributed to a number of reinstatement and renovation projects in and around the south west.

Tim Spence undertook a placement year with us at FJF ltd and subsequently joined us full time following completion of a degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Plymouth. Tim is particularly interested in structural analysis of complex steel structures.
In his spare time Tim enjoys working and riding his motorbike and martial arts
Sarah Barnes has been the practice's part-time secretary/receptionist since 2008, having previously worked for many years in medical and legal clerical roles. As well as covering all the team's administrative requirements, she also knows just where to kick the photocopier, and provides coffee, biscuits and birthday cake at the drop of a hint.
She says she doesn't do much in her spare time as, with two children, her own retail business, a house full of animals and an allotment to look after, she doesn't actually have any.
